This year I am cooking my own Christmas feast for the first time in my life!!
My mum normally cooks for us but this year I am not meeting my family until Christmas Day night.
Since I have some spare time on my hands this week I thought I would road test some different coeliac recipes for Christmas dinner.
So today I will be trying to make a Coeliac Gingerbread House. I have never had one of these and I am dubious of my cooking ability to make one but we shall just have to wait and see.
Any suggestions will be much appreciated.
Hey honey! This website looks fab!!! To somment on your GF Xmas for the lazy coeliacs in us (i.e. moi!) I found out the other day that most large Sainsburys have quite a good GF frozen section with GF sausage rolls, yorkshire puds and even chicken kievs! Obviously the chicken kievs are not so Xmasy unless that’s what you eat but the rest is good for parties or nibbles! xxxxxxx

We noticed that most of the gluten-free info on You Tube is very American so we thought it would be a good idea to upload some of our new recipe videos and make them more widely available.
The Christmas videos were only uploaded recently and this is the first year that they have been available so there are hot off the press (so to speak). Would be fab if you could take a look and let me know if there are any other videos/tools/features you’d like to see next year.
